My husband and I are expecting our second child. We wanted to share the exciting news in a fun and unique way, so with the help of our daughter, I put together this hand drawn chalkboard art to make the big announcement.
Happy December! I hope you had a fun and safe Thanksgiving holiday. I know I enjoyed time spent with family and a lot of great food. And as many of you, I even took advantage of some great deals on holiday treasures so now, time to wrap them up. Here's a little something to finish off those packages.

'Tis the season to make and send out holiday cards. Today, I thought I'd share this trim the tree card I created for ARC Crafts. Using their White Birch BARC Wood sheet as the card base and embellished with Cherry BARC Wood tape, this card is a fun little craft, perfect for this time of year!
Supplies: ARC Craft's BARC Wood Sheets, and Tape, Stamps, Punches, Buttons, Alphabet Die, Twine and Adhesives.

I can almost smell the turkey and pumpkin pie, thanksgiving is just next week and when it comes to keeping track of my favorite recipes I'll be honest, I am not very good at it. If you were to look at my "recipe" cards you would find a stack of hand-written scribbles, all on a different size and type of paper (you may even find a few napkins with notes in the mix). I thought I would give it a go at trying to get organized and with that in mind, I've put together a template. Although simple in design, it gets the job done. Please help yourself to this template if you too would like a jump start to organizing your favorites. Print as many as you like. Enjoy!
